ABS Group Reports Record Q2 2026 Earnings, Assets Top $50 Billion
ABS Group Holdings today reported record second-quarter earnings for 2026, driven by exceptional growth across its personal banking, business lending, and international services divisions. Total assets have surpassed the $50 billion milestone for the first time in the company's 35-year history.
Financial Highlights
Net income for Q2 2026 reached $342 million, representing a 28% increase year-over-year. Revenue across all business lines grew 21% compared to the same period in 2025, outpacing analyst consensus estimates for the seventh consecutive quarter.
Total assets under management crossed $50.4 billion as of June 30, 2026, a landmark that underscores the sustained confidence customers and institutional clients have placed in ABS Group Holdings as their financial partner of choice.
"This quarter's performance is a direct reflection of our customers' trust and our team's execution. Reaching $50 billion in assets is not just a number — it is a testament to 35 years of doing banking the right way."
— Jonathan M. Hargrove, CEO, ABS Group Holdings
Segment Performance
Personal Banking remained the largest contributor to revenue, with net new account openings up 34% from Q2 2025. High-yield savings product uptake was particularly strong, with over 180,000 new savings accounts opened in the quarter alone. The division's revenue reached $198 million, up 24% year-over-year.
Business Banking posted its strongest ever quarterly result, driven by commercial lending activity and growth in our trade finance portfolio. Small business loan originations increased 41% compared to the same quarter last year. The division contributed $94 million in revenue, a 32% increase.
International Services continued its rapid expansion, with same-day cross-border transfer volume increasing 56% year-over-year. The Singapore regional office, opened in May 2026, has already onboarded over 1,200 corporate clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
Outlook for H2 2026
Management remains cautiously optimistic about the second half of 2026. The company is on track to deliver full-year net income in the range of $650–$680 million, representing approximately 25–30% growth over 2025. Investment in digital infrastructure and expanded customer support capacity is expected to accelerate in Q3.
ABS Group Holdings confirmed it will maintain its quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share, payable September 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of September 1, 2026.
